History
During the attack on Heidabyr many of the survivors sheltered in Fineous' shop. He tried to help by scrying for clues.

During a later incident with a spirit of hunger Fineous supplied a cloak made from Wendigo skin. That it was uncomfortable to wear this while wearing the Fey Queen's ring gave the clue that the ring might have been intended to repel those. He also looked after a spear possessed by an intelligence which, when it adopted Uans of Uth Niord as a wielder, was the weapon used to destroy the Fey Queen's artifact that had allowed her to lair beneath Tel Wood.
